Adventure Indoors furniture company (formerly Trumpp Bros Log Furniture) was created from two brothers with two passions; wood working and the great outdoors.   MITCH: “I grew a heart for the outdoors at an early age when our dad took us hunting, fishing and camping as often as he could get off work.  I traded my bb gun in for a shotgun around the age of 13 and about that time signed up for my first shop class in Junior High.  When college came around I was privileged to spend time learning from a professional furniture maker who taught me some of his ‘age old secrets’.  I still seek advice from my grandpa on a regular basis!”

MARCUS: “Whether I’m fishing a ‘top-water’ for Northern Pike in Canada or bow hunting for turkey at our Grandparents central Kansas farm, there isn’t much I’d rather do. Our grandpa and dad both love the craft of woodworking, I am proud to take it to the next generation! After helping Mitch start the business I got married and moved to Omaha, Nebraska.  I’m currently developing professionally while working for a major construction company. I love what I do, but can’t wait to return to KC and help with the business.”

In the fall of 2008 we began to dream about the possibilities of combining our two passions.  We asked each other, “How can we bring the priceless feeling of being on a mountain, in a forest or out on the farm into our homes?” The answer was clear, Trumpp Bros Log Furniture!  It has been three years since the original dream and we currently ship product all across the U.S. and have a handful of wonderful retail partners.
