* ORDERING: To order you may click the order tab under every product, click the ‘contact’ page or call us at 913-449-5830.
* SHOP: We would love to have you come to our shop anytime to discuss your furniture interests.
* DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required for every local purchase. 100% of total (including shipping) is due for all orders requiring shipping.
* PRICE MATCHING: We offer some of the best prices in competing industries. If you can find the same product of similar quality and size at a cheaper price, we’ll match it.
* SHIPPING: Rates will vary depending on location, dimensions and weight of your shipment. Contact us for a shipping quote.
* RETURNS: We take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. For the reason that all of our products are custom crafted, we do not accept returns. We do however, offer a one year warranty against any manufacturer defect. Proof showing date of purchase is required. The piece will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion.
* TIME FRAME: All orders are completed within 2-6 weeks depending on size of the order. Exceptions can be made whenever possible.
* CUSTOM ORDERS: Please provide a drawing and or detailed dimensions for your order. Prices will vary according to measurements provided. Our craftsman will build as close as possible to your specifications and make changes how he sees best fit.
* WEBSITE: Our website is a constant work in progress. There are probably mistakes with wording and pricing. Simply ask if you have a question.
